At OG+S, our Points of Culture aren’t just decoration for our office walls. We truly live these principles and incorporate them into our daily work with clients.

We’ve designed these Points to ensure we deliver the best client experience, and instill what we believe creates the ideal atmosphere for a positive, productive, and comfortable relationship.

We strive to make the complex simple, lead with integrity and collaboration, solve real problems simply and effectively, communicate with clarity, and bring curiosity and accountability to every challenge.

    • Be a team player and a team leader. Support team members and team goals.
    • Show integrity. Build trust through responsible actions and honesty.
    • Communicate clearly with the intent to build – not tear down.
    • Apologize, congratulate, ask for and offer help.
    • Be an expert and let others be experts.
    • Respect other’s time and efforts. Be present. Pay attention. Don’t multi-task.

    • Communicate to be both heard and understood by the listener.
    • Listen directly and intently.
  • Be the reason it works
    • Be accountable. Own your actions and duties.
    • Be innovative. Find the solution, not just the problem.
    • Be resilient. Keep looking and improving.  
    • Be confident. Question and debate. Ask for help when needed. Have faith in yourself.
    • Geek out. Continuously learn. Enthusiastically share.
