Lethina Stephens

Lethina Stephens is a highly organized and analytical Program Manager with extensive experience in managing global SDLC Waterfall and AGILE projects. Certified as a Project Management Professional (PMP) and a SCRUM Master, she excels in fast-paced and evolving environments, particularly in software and hardware SaaS, fintech, and mobile applications. Lethina has a proven track record of delivering projects on time, effectively managing cross-functional teams, and building strong stakeholder relationships.

Throughout her career, Lethina has held key roles where she was instrumental in driving successful product launches, managing diverse teams, and leading process improvement initiatives. Her technical skills span a broad range of tools including Microsoft Office 365, Jira, Azure Dev Ops, and many more.

Her earlier career includes roles at Kodak Dental Systems, PracticeWorks, and Enterprise Network Applications, where she honed her skills in documentation management and software testing. Lethina also served as a Spanish Linguist in the United States Army.

Lethina holds a B.A. in Communication with a minor in Technical Writing from Kaplan University, where she graduated Magna Cum Laude. Her career is marked by strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality projects in diverse and challenging environments.

While not working, Lethina enjoys reading, watching movies, hiking and spending time with her family and friends.  She also enjoys volunteering within her community and volunteers when she can.
