Twinkle Dutta

Twinkle V. Dutta is a registered patent attorney with a background in pre-medical sciences who focuses on intellectual property and business law. She helps clients protect their ideas while building strong, successful businesses. With a client-centered approach, Twinkle listens closely to each client’s goals and delivers practical, tailored solutions that support both innovation and long-term growth.

Twinkle earned her Juris Doctor from Marquette University Law School, where she was deeply involved in leadership and service. She served as Chief Articles Editor of the Marquette Intellectual Property and Innovation Law Review, Vice President of the Intellectual Property Law Society, a Student Associate in the Law and Entrepreneurship Clinic, Communications Coordinator for the Business Law Society, and a member of the Board of Directors for the Milwaukee Bar Association. Her dedication to the Milwaukee community and public service earned her induction into the Pro Bono Honors Society.
