We at OG+S are very grateful for our staff, our clients, and our community.
We absolutely could not survive as a business without our staff. They exemplify our culture, mission, and values every single day. And let us know if they think we are not (as they should). Every meeting, every interaction with them shows they care about their work, our clients, and our communities. They are diverse, well-spoken, and care deeply about helping us reach our goals. And they are hilarious.
Our clients are some of the smartest, kindest, and most innovative people you will ever meet. They let us know when we are doing well and when we can improve. And we ask them often how we can improve. They come up with better solutions than we ever could.
Our communities include our clients, our referral partners, our neighbors, and more. We are a dispersed workforce so our neighbors are all different, and they are all unique and important. We volunteer, we educate, and we enjoy our relationships – both big and small. That means that we thank YOU for being part of our community.
