Richard joins OG+S as a Paralegal focused on IP Docket management. Prior to pursuing a career as a Paralegal, Richard gained valuable experiences as a technology practitioner in the financial services and consumer product good industries. He has worked in the disciplines of software engineering, testing, web development, and team leadership.

Richard completed his undergraduate studies at Georgia State University and his Paralegal studies at Madison College. Some of his other training/certifications include, Certified Agile Leader I, Technical Diploma -Web Development, Fellow, Life Management Institute (FLMI), Associate, Reinsurance Administration (ARA), Associate, Customer Service (ACS), and Six Sigma Green Belt.

He is a member in good standing with the National Association of Legal Assistants (NALA) and the Paralegal Association of Wisconsin (PAW).

When not at focusing on work, Richard loves to read, spend time with family, learn about other cultures, home DIY, and world history. His favorite author, Robert Ludlum, does such an amazing job defining characters and taking you to different world locations.
